São Martinho is a large Brazilian agro-industrial company focused on sugarcane and corn processing, with a milling capacity of about 24.5 million tons of sugarcane and 500,000 tons of corn per harvest, all of which is harvested using mechanized methods. The company produces sugar, ethanol, bioenergy, yeast and coproducts such as DDGs and corn oil, while its facilities generate electricity from bagasse to achieve energy self-sufficiency and to export surplus. It operates four production units in Pradópolis, Iracemápolis, Américo Brasiliense in São Paulo state, and Quirinópolis in Goiás, with a corporate office in São Paulo city and five administrative hubs located in Ribeirão Preto and Rio Verde, and inside its units. The company has been listed on the Novo Mercado segment of B3 under the ticker SMTO3 since 2007. It maintains a logistics platform with substantial storage capacity and access to major road and rail networks, including its own sugar transshipment terminal connected by an exclusive rail spur. In 2022, São Martinho contracted Fluid Quip Technologies to install Flex Plant Technology at the Boa Vista sugarcane ethanol facility.
