T. Rice Partners, LLC, located in Franklin, Tennessee, was formed by Principal Broker Terry Rice in 2003 to provide tenant representation and landlord representation for the leasing and sales of commercial office and industrial properties in the Middle Tennessee area.  Prior to forming T. Rice Partners, Rice was responsible for managing the brokerage, development and property management operations of the Nashville office of Carter & Associates.  

Affiliate Broker, Sonna Robinson, joined T. Rice Partners, LLC in 2004, after working in property management for over 15 years in the Middle Tennessee area.  Having lived in the Nashville area since 1960, attending Hillwood and Franklin area schools, she blends market expertise with historical perspective in her work with tenants, purchasers, landlords and owners of commercial real estate.  A graduate of MTSU and Leadership Brentwood, she is an active member of the Rotary Club of Brentwood and the Brentwood United Methodist Church and is a former Board member for the Brentwood-Cool Springs Chamber of Commerce and the Brentwood Family YMCA.  Sonna specializes in tenant and buyer representation of office, retail and industrial properties in the Middle Tennessee area.
