How We're Different: Since a great deal of the stress of renovation comes from unforeseen costs, Tabor Design Build schedules a “trade day” for each project. We invite all our trade contractors to the project site so they can give us an exact price, not an estimate for their part of the project. Our extensive Construction Agreement lists every item in your project. The agreement includes the final price for the job, not just an estimate. At Tabor Design Build, we find that green remodeling is good for the environment as well as your wallet. To us, remodeling green means making your home efficient, healthy and comfortable for your family.
