TKW has served clients in the Pacific Northwest with audit and accounting, tax, business advisory and other services since 1987.  Our approximately 30-person team operates in a business casual environment in our suburban office space, custom-built for our Firm.

RESOURCES & TRAINING
We are a client of the RSM Professional Services+ Practice.  As a client, we have access to the Professional Services+ Collaborative, a globally connected community that provides access to an ecosystem of capabilities, collaboration and camaraderie to help professional service firms grow and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment. As a participant in the PS+ Collaborative, we have the opportunity to interact and share best practices with other professional services from across the U.S. and Canada. This resource is supplemented locally with specific skill building sessions relevant to our specialty niches. The best training will occur on the job, whether it be in field or the office.  New team members experience one-on-one support from experienced team members as they develop their skills working on client projects.

CAREER DEVELOPMENT
Our mentor program pairs new and existing team members with a TKW colleague in the same discipline to help with questions and situations that arise on the job.  Mentors assist mentees with setting goals tailored to their career path and priorities.  Later, mentors circle back to determine progress and success on the team member’s goals.  This allows for consistency of approach, clear direction, and opportunities for feedback and growth for all team members.
