Talboy Construction, Inc. is a General Construction Company specializing in design-build projects since 1989.

Approximately 10% of our work is obtained from the public bid market. Public bidding keeps our pencils sharp and helps us stay abreast of new, competitive, sub-contractors and new construction techniques.

DESIGN-BUILD APPROACH

We typically work with Owners to establish budgets and completion time before we begin to coordinate architectural and engineering work. With an agreed upon budget and building design in hand, we guide architects and engineers, making sure that the project will meet budget when the drawings are complete.

We have successfully completed office buildings, retail stores, dental offices, animal clinics, resort lodging, warehouses, (14) airplane hangars, seed labs, manufacturing plants and lumber facilities.
