Welcome to talentsconnect – the platform for Direct-to-Talent (D2T) recruiting and retention. 

Since 2013, we have been developing technologies in Cologne that help companies reach talent in a more targeted, direct and sustainable way – and retain them in the long term. Our goal: to rethink recruiting and retention not only digitally, but also economically and strategically.
