Tall Pines Capital (TPC) is a privately held New York City based real estate investment platform. Founded in 2014, TPC has invested in, and originated over $1 billion of real estate transactions. TPC is focused on debt and equity investments across all real estate asset classes in primary markets in the continental United States with a special focus on the New York Tri-State area. Debt strategies include construction and acquisition lending, special situation financing and debt acquisitions; equity strategies include principal positions for opportunistic and value-add investments as well as ground-up development.
