Tally Two is a local Austin business that specializes in real estate transactions.  We are a group of Professional Home Buyers.  What is a Professional Home Buyer?  We're glad you asked!  As investors, we purchase properties every day that are for sale.  We buy at auctions and tax lien sales; we buy from Realtors and probate sales; we buy fixer uppers, bank owned properties, and many other assets.  

We also purchase properties that are for sale by owner when they are in ugly situations and can't sell their home by themselves or even with the help of a Realtor.  We have helped them stay out of both bankruptcy and foreclosure.  Typically these owners are behind in mortgage payments, owe back taxes, or can’t afford repairs.  In these situations we make them a quick, cash offers (like most cheap wholesalers claim they can), but we are also able to make flexible offers as well.  With the use of creative financing, lease options, partnerships, wholesaling, profit sharing, owner financing, rent back, equity splits, and several other alternatives, we can always find a way to make an offer that is custom fit to the owner’s needs.  

All our transactions are completely legal and we close through reputable title companies to make sure all our paperwork is properly checked and recorded.  Once we purchase a property we send in our rehab crew for any repairs, a handy man for any tlc, and some maids for cleaning because we need to sell fast or at least hold the home as a rental.  On some of our flipped rehabs we also offer owner financing.
