Market Niche Tamalpais Tutoring specializes in math and science tutoring for middle school to college levels, including AP and college coursework, offering both subject mastery and test preparation services. This suggests upsell opportunities for advanced coursework tutoring and standardized test prep to retain students transitioning to higher grade levels.

Revenue Scale Current revenue is in the mid six-figure to low seven-figure range with a lean team (2-10 employees). Growth opportunities include expanding tutor capacity, introducing tiered program offerings, and pursuing larger B2B arrangements with schools or homeschool cooperatives.

Service Extensions Comprehensive tutoring across core STEM subjects plus SSAT, HSPT, PSAT, SAT, ACT, and GRE prep positions the firm for multi-discipline bundles and seasonal campaigns aligned with test dates, enabling targeted promotions and cross-sell between subject tutoring and test prep.
