1980 Bought and restored three story Victorian at 401 Walnut St Hbg, PA across from Strawberry Square into retail and residential.

1984-1987 Co-Developer of ‘Huckleberry Alley.  Bought 403 and 405 Walnut St., Harrisburg and redeveloped into shops and restaurants with residential lofts apartments above.

1989 Acquired the Landmark Belvedere Brownstone (circa 1917) at 711 N 2nd St Harrisburg. Frank completely restored the entire building into ten luxury apartments.  Features include the gated Otis elevator, marble and hardwood floors, bay windows, balconies, butlers’ pantries and maids quarters.

1991-2001 Project Manager and Realtor of several of our finest neighborhoods including Kingswood, Pinehurst Hills, Hemlock Hollow, Bowmans Hill, Pleasant Hollow and Witney Ridge.

2002-2007 Latest Development projects include Meadowcroft, Stratton Chase and Trindle Station.
