Tandem is a processing company dedicated to serving the payment processing needs of merchants ranging from the small corner store to the large retailer and everything in between, with the primary focus on the small to mid-sized merchant markets (receipts less than $10MM per year). We are here for the merchants that need the same equipment and services as the national chain stores but at a price they can afford. Tandem will offer these merchants customer service and follow-up that matches the commitment they demonstrate in their own business.

Our core business is credit card processing but we also can help small business owners with designing and implementing e-commerce solutions, check guarantee programs, gift card programs, remote deposit capture, and ACH programs.

We started Tandem Innovative Payment Solutions to provide a locally-operated processor for Upstate businesses.  In just three years we have offices in SC, NC and FL and we’ve set ourselves apart by:
