On the flip side, we're giving an opportunity to skilled childcare workers to enter the gig workforce, for the first time ever. They can pick up shifts when they're available, at the pay rate they want to get paid, and then immediately access their earnings as soon as they complete their shift. This is unheard of in an industry where workers are used to being constrained to permanent, full-time positions and bi-weekly pay cycles. We're here to revitalize this space - it's about time.
