Established in 1995 by Steve Kravits, Target Drilling Inc. [TD] directionally drills horizontal boreholes for the coal and non-coal mining industries; and horizontal wells [vertical-to-horizontal] for recovery of oil, gas, water, etc.; and horizontal bores [HDD] for civil applications including, but not limited to, utilities.

Uniquely, TD not only contracts turnkey, not-to-exceed, directional and vertical drilling services, but also is proud of its proven design and manufacture of its specialized, high powered, in-mine permissible and surface top head drive pull down drilling rigs, and permissible borehole / well navigation equipment; ALL MADE in the U.S.A, by its affiliated company, Target Technologies, LLC applying its vast directional drilling experience in the mining, oil, gas, and civil industries.

The results speak for themselves. TD has directionally drilled over 8MM feet of horizontal boreholes and wells for degasification, geologic exploration, water drainage, abandoned mine verification, oil and gas recovery, and trenchless utilities, from within mines, and from surface.
