Mr. Gottlieb, the company’s founder, is a 25-year veteran of the advertising industry who has worked for such companies as ABC, CBS, Paramount Pictures and several others including Targeted Media Partners, a previous entrepreneurial company founded by Mr. Gottlieb. Targeted Media Partners created the interactive touch screens that are now widely available in NYC taxicabs.
