T3 provides a continuum of programs to ensure students in Tarrant County successfully pursue family-sustaining wage careers. This continuum supports students, particularly first-generation and economically vulnerable students, “to and through” higher education with over a decade of support. T3's programs begin in middle school and last through college and career, spanning pivotal transition periods in students’ lives on their way to a family-sustaining wage career after high school graduation. By implementing a comprehensive advising model within schools, T3 ensures every student has the personalized support and guidance they need for postsecondary success.
