TaxScout, Inc. is the talent scout of the tax profession.  At TaxScout we are not all things to all people.  We are specialists in several unique & narrow spaces.  Tax professionals are used to having to choose between the lesser of two evils when selecting a recruiting firm:

On one hand are a few small tax-only recruiting firms who claim to be "nationwide."  They understand the tax profession, but are spread geographically thin with no specific knowledge of your local tax community.  On the other hand are general accounting search firms who are local, but know very little about the nuances of the tax profession.

At TaxScout we offer an assurance of quality & detailed market knowledge not available from other sources.  That is because unlike the other 2 types of search firms mentioned above we specialize only in tax recruiting AND only in a few local geographies.
