TBA Communications, Inc., was founded and incorporated in August 1991, by president, Carlton C. Cozart in the state of Florida. TBA Communications started as the charter Motorola authorized dealer in the Tampa Bay area including Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties.

TBA Communications has been providing wireless communications solutions in the Tampa area ever since.
