Cloud and DB Outsourcing Target TDM Data Solutions as a near-shore or remote DBA and cloud services partner given their emphasis on Cloud Solutions, Data Base Services and remote database administration, highlighting a potential for managed services contracts, ongoing support, and cloud migration projects.

Small Team, High Needs Operate as a lean firm with 0-1 employees, indicating a potential reliance on partner ecosystems, subcontractors, or white-label services. This creates an opportunity to offer scalable platform-enabled solutions, training, or co-selling arrangements to augment capacity.

Growth-Ready Revenues Revenue under one million suggests room for upsell within existing clients or cross-sell of complementary IT services such as security hardening, performance tuning, and analytics integrations to expand average contract value.

Tech Stack Alignment Their stack includes modern cloud and web technologies (Cloudflare, Google Maps, WordPress, Backbone.js). Propose integrated security, optimization, and monitoring services, as well as migration and modernization offerings tailored to mid-market cloud and web environments.

Strategic Partnerships Position as a partner for larger enterprise providers in the ecosystem (e.g., data management, cloud optimization, and remote DBA services) to enable joint go-to-market to higher-revenue accounts that require scalable data and cloud management capabilities.
