Expanding retail footprint TDS Construction specializes in retail, grocery, office and restaurant builds with a track record of 3,300 completed projects nationwide, including a strong Florida concentration. This indicates a potential to expand services to retailers with new store openings or remodel programs across other states.

Open store remodels The company focuses on open store remodels and roll-out programs in malls and strip centers. Sales opportunities exist with retailers pursuing fast, standardized renovations, relocations, or rollouts across multiple locations.

Financial scale Revenue is in the $25M to $50M range with a mid-size team (51-200 employees). This places TDS as a capable partner for medium-sized retail chains seeking reliable execution without the complexity of large conglomerates.

Geographic readiness Licensed and/or registered to work in 48 contiguous states plus Alaska and Puerto Rico. This broad licensing enables national program bids and multi-state rollouts for retailers with geographically distributed portfolios.

Industry experience Extensive experience in new construction and specialty rollouts for malls, out parcels, and stand-alone boxes positions TDS as a potential vendor for clients requiring turnkey solutions from ground-up to rapid distance-scale renovations.
