Team Pennsylvania is a statewide nonprofit organization based in Harrisburg, PA, serving as a neutral broker and convener in public-private partnerships. Co-chaired by the Governor and a private-sector leader, it coordinates cross-sector collaborations to accelerate Pennsylvania's long-term economic future. Its initiatives focus on transformative opportunities in agriculture, energy and manufacturing, with plans to launch a life sciences/biotech collaboration.

These collaboratives bring together the Commonwealth's top policymakers and business leaders, along with leaders from labor, academia and nonprofits, to address cross-cutting economic challenges. In late 2025, Team Pennsylvania partnered with Google to participate in Google's AI Accelerator initiative in Pennsylvania. Its work seeks to maximize economic impact for Pennsylvania while advancing equity and opportunity across the population.
