Team Sunshine Construction is a Boston-based services firm focused on renewable energy, delivering solar installations, roofing, and heat pump projects. Founded in 2019, the company serves homeowners across New England and pursues durable, net-zero homes by combining engineering insight with hands-on construction. The leadership team has more than eight years of solar industry experience and has managed over 400 residential installations across the country.

With a developer-style model, the company designs and provides solar solutions for a broad range of customers, offering financing options and equipment such as battery storage. It also helps homeowners upgrade their homes to be solar-ready, including service panel upgrades, reroofing, structural reinforcement, and trenching for ground mounts. While primarily focused on the Northeast, Team Sunshine can manage installations nationwide through a network of contractors and partners, and in 2024 it partnered with Eversource Energy Service Company to expand energy-saving services.
