Team Up Mentoring's mission is to foster generational change for families affected by trauma. We do this by providing holistic case management and mentoring to help children and families overcome the generational obstacles that often walk hand-in-hand with trauma.  

We believe in long-term relationships, trauma-informed care and a holistic approach to serving the whole child, so we make up to an 18 year investment in each child, providing education, physical and mental health, empowerment and mentoring services that they need. 

We are absolutely committed to doing whatever it takes to help young people succeed.
