The Tech Talent Charter (TTC) is a commitment by over 650 UK organisations to a set of undertakings that aim to deliver greater inclusion and diversity in the UK tech workforce.  Membership is free. Employers and partners can find out what it means to be a Signatory at https://techtalentcharter.co.uk/. 
TTC Signatories make a number of pledges in relation to their approach to recruitment and retention. 
The TTC was founded in 2017 by organisations across the recruitment, tech and social enterprise fields and is supported by the UK government’s Digital Strategy. The TTC is run as an industry collective, as we recognise that only through working together and joining forces, can any real meaningful change happen.
