Our employees have from 4 to 8 years of education and the majority have a bachelor's or master's degree in informatics, software development, system development, information technology, human-machine interaction (HCI / UX), cybernetics or mathematics. In addition to consulting, the company develops software solutions within process management, talent management, HR, machine learning and artificial intelligence.
