BE HELPFUL. That is our entire mission statement at teknetex. By being helpful, we add value to both the companies that allow us to serve them and the professionals who trust us with their careers. Our interest level runs deep. First, for the clients we serve, we actually want to learn about their corporate structure (small or large) and their products (new or mature), and how we can help assist them in becoming the type of successful business they envision. We are also interested in meeting business or technology professionals who are either looking for a new job or thinking about testing the waters (but just don't quite know how). We’ve come to understand that managers/directors/owners are looking for a staffing partner that can do more than match acronyms on resumes to job requirements. They want a partner who understands the personality of the group they are trying to put together and will not waste their time by "throwing" resumes at them just to see what will stick. We also understand that the professionals who allow us to represent them want their resumes treated with respect. We understand that the piece of paper labeled RESUME has someone's career on it and should be treated as such. The way we see it, we are only helpful on both of these fronts when we find the PERFECT MATCH. And that’s the commitment that teknetex makes each and every day.
