Telefónica Digital Partners (TDP) is an innovation-focused program within Telefónica that connects companies with innovative, technology-based solutions to enhance connectivity services. It aims to expand access to technology, improve productivity for businesses, and transform production processes by curating a portfolio developed with strategic partners, particularly in areas like Internet of Things, Cloud, health, and video. The initiative sits under Telefónica Global Open Future, a broader ecosystem that includes accelerators, investment funds, and research centers, and it seeks to convert partner technologies into new digital business opportunities for Telefónica’s connectivity services. Based in Spain, the program targets companies with scalable tech solutions and operates as part of Telefónica’s broader shift toward digital Telco services through collaborations with partners and other Telefónica units. Recent activity highlights the broader Telefónica Tech unit’s partnerships and initiatives, including developments in eSIM and cybersecurity collaborations that support its IoT and digital services strategy.
