TEM Systems, Inc. is a privately held, family owned low-voltage security integration company that was established in 1957 by Founder, Dick Roether. We engineer security solutions that range in size and scope from simple, stand-alone solutions to fully networked integrated systems, which include: Automated Gates; Access Control; Video Surveillance; Alarm Systems; and Low-Voltage Cabling. With the introduction of GateHouse® Solutions in 1999, a complete resident and visitor tracking software system, TEM Systems has elevated the level of integration within the industry. 

Fueled by a commitment to our customers and to our team members, TEM Systems has been serving the Sunshine State for over 60 years. We have a fleet of 20+ vehicles and offices strategically located throughout Florida, our team is able to efficiently respond and provide customers with the right solution for their needs. We specialize in residential communities, but we support a diversified market that also includes commercial/retail properties, medical facilities, government agencies, education facilities,  and mid and high-rise buildings.
