TEP was founded in 1997 by two tower-climbing engineers. The company has grown to more than 650 professionals providing engineering and construction services for more than 200,000 towers around the world. TEP’s in-house services include site acquisition, civil & electrical engineering, structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, inspection, environmental/regulatory compliance, construction, and land survey services.
