Tergar International is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to transforming hearts and minds by making the ancient wisdom of meditation accessible to the modern world. Everything we do is motivated by our core purpose: to help people live with boundless awareness, compassion, and wisdom.

To carry out our mission, we support our students by providing them with:
1) Expert guidance, ranging from Mingyur Rinpoche and the Tergar lamas to well-trained community practice leaders.
2) A clear path of meditation training, supported by a wide range of events and online programs.
3) A diverse global community of fellow meditators.
