We provide energy modeling and green building consulting services to the commercial green building design community, enabling architects and engineers to make informed design decisions by providing expert technical advice. 

We specialize in whole building energy analysis to demonstrate a project's energy reduction over baseline for the pursuit of LEED Certification, pursuit of federal tax deductions for building energy efficiency, demonstrating compliance with federal energy efficiency requirements such as EPACT 2005, or simply the pursuit of a high-performance, low-energy building. Various energy efficiency opportunities in the building design are evaluated for energy performance to maximize energy savings while minimizing first cost impacts.  We promote an integrated approach with the design team to analyze building envelope, HVAC and lighting systems, renewable energy sources, and other energy conservation measures to achieve energy-related goals.

Our staff has extensive experience and proven past success with the LEED certification process, serving as part of the team on 75+ registered and 30+ certified projects at levels ranging from Certified to Platinum. We are registered for federal project work as an A2 woman-owned business and SBA qualified as a both a small business and emerging small business. Our firm is proud to be a national member organization of the USGBC.
