Terreform ONE [Open Network Ecology] is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated solely to confronting planetary extinction by means of architecture, urban design, and public art. Our group distinguishes itself through a uniquely integrated approach that fuses design, science, and collective imagination. As an interdisciplinary laboratory, we advance socio-ecological projects with novel innovations in building, infrastructure, water, food, waste, air quality, mobility, and energy. Our core methodology combines ecological planning, biotech materials, cognitive urban systems, and civic art to anticipate how emerging technologies will shape future cities and biodiversity. Through collaborative and inclusive strategies, we strive to create resilient, equitable, and sustainable environments for all living beings.

Terreform ONE is a unique laboratory for scientists, artists, architects, and individuals of all backgrounds to explore and advance the larger framework of ecological design.  The group develops innovative solutions and technologies for local sustainability in energy, transportation, infrastructure, buildings, waste treatment, food, and water. These solutions are derived from the interface of design, science, engineering, and synthetic biology.
