We are a small company that can offer personalized, highly ethical and professional service to our customers. We are not interested in hurrying customers into purchases and sales just to make monthly numbers and commissions. We should be protecting and understanding the client throughout the transaction. We believe that the agent's role is to help the consumer make well-educated decisions, even if those decisions lead away from a purchase or sale. In the end, it is the client who has to be satisfied and that's my goal. That's how we want to build our business and our company. 

Bob McCranie, Broker Associate,  earned his Graduate Realtor Institute designation in 2006 and his Council of Residential Specialists designation in 2007. He believes that education is vital in this industry and has currently over 1200 hours of real estate courses on his transcript with the State of Texas. He invites you to check his education numbers against the competition. The industry changes all the time and agents who do not stay current on their education, especially agents who have been in the business for years and years, are not doing their best for their clients.
