Through proprietary research and a strict investment discipline , we strive to create alpha for our partners in all market conditions. We consider ourselves to be absolute-return investors and do not compare our results to long-only indices.  Our investment ideology is rooted to the Buffett-Graham model of value investing.

TGP Ventures believes that capital markets are largely inefficient within short-term market cycles.  Our job is simple:  identify market inefficiencies, select specific assets with margins of safety, and allocate capital accordingly to maximize returns for our partners.
