The Abilities Connection (TAC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities by providing meaningful employment, skill development, and community connections.

With a team of approximately 120 staff members, TAC supports nearly 300 individuals with disabilities through diverse vocational opportunities, personalized services, and engaging activities. Our mission is clear: to empower people with disabilities and other barriers to reach their full potential.

What We Do
✅ Employment & Workforce Development – TAC is Clark County’s leading provider of disability-inclusive employment. We offer a range of job opportunities designed to help individuals gain skills, earn competitive wages and benefits, and advance toward integrated employment. Work is available at our two facilities or through partnerships with local businesses.

✅ Manufacturing & Business Solutions – As the sole-source supplier of cargo nets for the U.S. Air Force, TAC plays a critical role in national defense. We also collaborate with local, national, and international partners, including Rittal Corporation, Sweet Manufacturing, Parker TruTech, HEF USA, Yamada North America, Inc., Yellow Springs Instruments, ITT, SK Tech, and Cascade Corporation.
