The Arc Gateway is a Pensacola, Florida-based organization in the field of individual and family services. Since its founding in 1954, it has developed life-enhancing programs for children and adults with developmental disabilities, focusing on recognizing ability rather than disability. The organization relies on members, supporters, and volunteers to sustain existing services and to explore innovative ways to help people reach their full potential, with a community-centered approach that includes friends, neighbors, and coworkers as part of the support network.

Its work targets individuals with developmental disabilities and aims to assist them in realizing meaningful goals and integration within the community. The Arc Gateway operates within the broader human services sector and emphasizes ongoing program development and partnership-based initiatives to expand opportunities for its clients. A recent development notes a partnership with the Pensacola Parade People to sell Arc Gateway beads, reflecting collaboration with local community groups.
