In fact, Ms. Axelrod is recognized as one of the Top 100 Super Lawyers in Pennsylvania. “Pennsylvania Jury Verdict Review & Analysis,” which catalogs significant state verdicts, published about one of her trials, a David versus Goliath commercial litigation victory for her client-defendant. She is also a Senior Fellow in Litigation Counsel of America (LCA), a by-invitation-only organization of top trial lawyers that accepts less than one-half of one percent of the country’s lawyers. She is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell®, the highest rating awarded by this nationally recognized leader in lawyer ratings. In recognition of her skills in the courtroom and at the negotiation table, Ms. Axelrod was appointed a Judge Pro Tempore (JPT) / Settlement Master, an honor bestowed by the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Commerce Court on less than 130 attorneys. In the role, she has assisted parties in settling approximately 85% of the cases that have come before her.
