The Azarian Group was founded by Barbara Azarian and grew rapidly through her son, John M. Azarian, Jr. Currently, James and John M. Azarian, III work in the family business alongside their parents, John M. Azarian, Jr.  and Donna Azarian.

Since 1970, The Azarian Group has experienced controlled and steady growth. The Azarian Group currently represents, manages, and leases approximately 1,200,000 square feet of commercial real estate spread across 18 properties throughout NJ & NY, with approximately 350 tenants.
