The BACH Group (LLC) is a population, community, and public health firm. BACH focuses on individual and organizational capacity-building. Further, BACH serves clients who are committed to or seeking to improve population health outcomes and/or vulnerable populations’ well-being. The BACH Group is comprised of a multidisciplinary team of public health and behavioral health professionals with a strong commitment to supporting the well-being of vulnerable populations. BACH's core value is driven by its desire to reduce and support an elimination of behavioral, community and individual health outcomes that burden vulnerable populations; those that have a low social economic status and minorities.

BACH was founded by board-certified public health practitioner Dr. Earl Nupsius Benjamin, DrHSc, CPH, & licensed psychotherapist - Doctor of Social Work, and public health practitioner Dr. Michael L. Robinson, LCSW-BACS. Dr. Robinson is also the CEO of BACH Therapeutic Counseling Services, https://www.bachtcs.com/.

BACH's Capacity-Building Opportunities and Resources for Populations (CROPs - BACH's CROPs) is the non-profit arm of BACH. It was established in 2016. BACH's CROPs' vision is "building the capacity of people & populations to be healthy and well" and it's mission is "to cultivate, empower, and support the capacity and skills development of vulnerable populations - improving self-efficacy, wellness, and well-being". Thus, in an effort to better service - build the capacity of vulnerable populations , CROPs acquired its 501 (c) 3 status as a public charity, 509 (a) (2). 

CROPs' leaders - Drs. Benjamin & Robinson, believe building one 's self-efficacy supports improvements in wellness and well-being.
