The purpose of the Beverly A. Lidonde Education Corporation is to provide the Beverly School with:

- Aid and support the furtherance of the academic and collaborative programs of the Beverly School.

- Solicit and raise funds and resources for the purchase of property, improved or unimproved exclusively for the educational benefit of the Beverly School in Kenya.

- Oversee the raising of funds and establishment of endowed and restricted funds for the Beverly School as well as sponsor and direct activities to raise annual gifts.

- Maintain close links with the outside world including but not limited to the industry, entrepreneurship as well as other academic and research institutions for the promotion of and benefit to causes ranging from early childhood education, curriculum development and assessment, elementary, middle and senior schools education programs.

- Allocate resources and funding for encouragement and support of career path development programs for students and staff.
