Bob was born and raised in Saratoga Springs, New York and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. Ronna is a native Washingtonian and Graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.
