The Bradmore Group (TBG) is a private equity real estate firm headquartered in Marina del Rey, California that owns and manages a portfolio of 73 buildings, totaling approximately 1.2 million square feet. Founded in 1949, TBG leverages more than a half-century of experience in the commercial real estate market and is dedicated to building and preserving wealth for investors.

Asset Management focuses on generating maximum profit from TBG’s real estate assets. Among other areas, this involves evaluating development and re-development opportunities, maintaining high occupancy rates for leased investments, and determining the most-profitable, best use for properties. 

Property Management oversees a wide range of services vital to TBG’s daily operations. Specifically, Property Management works in the areas of lease administration, property accounting, building operations, tenant relations, and managing tenant-improvement construction. Dedicated to optimum property performance and profitability, TBG leverages decades of successful property management experience in order to attract and retain high-quality tenants.
