A program designed to engage the whole person, which includes a series of workbooks focusing on the concepts that have been shown through a wide variety of research studies, to equip seniors to age well, slow cognitive decline and battle viruses and diseases.  These concepts are nutrition, exercise, social connections and brain stimulating activities, which are all included in every BrainFlex workbook.  There are three series' available, each   designed for different cognitive levels.  'The Prevention Series', 'The Early~Mild Series', and 'The Mid~Moderate Series'.
