The goal of The Bridging Institute is to keep your body's micromovements optimally organized to reduce pain and improve coordination so you can move more easily. We look at your movements through a different lens. Bridging® focuses on resetting your body’s capability for a series of invisible foundational movements from early development. We step back from the immediate symptoms to solve the puzzle of why the body is off track by using your past to discover not only what isn’t working but WHY. This problem-solving process is foundational to the results Bridging is hands-on technique using subtle rocking and stretching movements to rebuild the physics of the body supporting breathing, development, learning, and living. This allows you to function at peak performance. In other words, we reset your body back to its original, natural state.
