This organization was created to continue the work initiated within the book The Brutal Truth dealing with the systemic problem of bullying and misuse of power. The premise that whether it is bullying in the school yard, via workplace harassment, misuse of power from judges or lawyers or otherwise it is much the same problem stemming from and perpetuated by faulty laws and social norms. (see more details under description as author of The Brutal Truth) The organization promotes education on the issue from the author's personal experiences as well as others experiences. The education also includes material from extensive research. The author is available for speaking engagements and custom designed workshops for various types of groups and organizations as well as be contacted as a consultant. The organization will also prove useful for implementing checks and balances similar to that of an ombudsmen as well as prove supportive and empowering for those who have experienced bullying incidents.
