The Center for Connection, Healing & Change specializes in relationships. More specifically, the creation of secure, close and satisfying connections with our most important others.  We choose to specialize in relationships because we are wired for connection from the start, it is the cornerstone of our mental, emotional, and physical well-being.  Our services also focus on the connection we have with ourselves; how well we can live with emotional ease and regulate our responses to the world.

We take an interdisciplinary approach, interweaving individual, couple and family therapy services with the timeless wisdoms of yoga, meditation, and nutrition to provide you with emotional calm, abundant self-worth, and harmonious relationships.  We combine scientific research findings, evidence-based practices, and a passionate staff team dedicated to excellence in their chosen discipline.  We believe that when people reach out for help, they want to know their guide has a clear map for supporting the change they seek.  We take a multi-disciplinary approach to the creation of change as we know one size does not fit all.
