The Center for Professional Training and Development (TCPTD) provides staff training and development workshops, human resource, and organizational development consultation services primarily to clients throughout the Baltimore and Washington metropolitan areas. TCPTD is led by its president and principal consultant/instructor, Wanda L. King. She brings 20 years of leadership and staff development training, human resources, and organizational development experience from the retail, health care, and academic fields. For 11 years, Ms. King was responsible for meeting the training needs of the 20,000+ faculty, leadership, and staff at The Johns Hopkins University. She has also served as a faculty associate at the Carey Business School for the undergraduate and graduate divisions since 2002. All of TCPTD’s instructors are highly qualified. Each holds at least one advanced degree and at least 20 years of industry experience.
