Our lawyers assist clients with the resolution of payment and performance disputes both during and post project-completion.  We handle claims for nonpayment of contract balance and retainage as well as scope creep and performance disputes involving contractors and subcontractors of varying tiers.  We are experienced in performance and payment bond claims, surety law, and mechanic's lien law.
