However, our service area also covers many of the outlying areas of Montgomery, Darke, Clark, Miami, Fayette, Shelby, Champaign, Preble, Butler, and Warren counties. Choice Home Health Care is Medicare Certified and complies with all Federal Government regulations and those of the Joint Commission for the Accreditation of Health Care Organizations.
