The Colinas Group, Inc., (TCG) is an employee-owned engineering and environmental consulting firm founded in Lakeland, Florida in April 1998 by Mark R. Stephens, P.G., P.E., and Charles S. Freed, P.E.  TCG has four offices, located in Lakeland, Orlando, Sarasota and Mount Dora, and is incorporated under the laws of the State of Florida.

TCG provides an array of comprehensive environmental and civil engineering consulting services.  Our licensed professionals, each with over 30 years of experience, provide these services in a cost effective, timely manner.

TCG professionals employ a personal, common sense approach that provides innovative solutions.  Each of our principals maintains a good rapport with regulatory agencies, and TCG’s professional staff has developed an excellent reputation in the fields of civil engineering, hydrogeology, geology, hydrology, and environmental engineering.
