The Cornice Company, is also proud to offer design-build services. The design–build route changes the traditional sequence of a project for the benefit of the client. It answers the client’s wishes for a single-point of responsibility in an attempt to reduce risks and costs. Additional benefits include better communication, more accurate estimating, budget review and development throughout the entire project, constructability confirmation throughout design, and reduction of the delivery schedule by overlapping the design phase and construction phase of a project.
